Earrings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants are all created with care and attention to detail, and all orders are despatched within 48 hours.
Postage Charges
We offer a flat rate postage cost of £1.50 per order, to all our UK customers.
A flat rate postage cost of £2.50 per order, is charged to our customers in Europe and the USA.
Payment Details
Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards, paypal, cheque or postal order. We use paypal to securely process all online debit/credit card payments.
Payments made through payapl are entered via a secure web server, and the information provided by the customer is encrypted, so that it can not be read or intercepted. ( Please note that a paypal account is not required to make a payment using a debit or credit card. )
Refunds & Returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Gemstone Jewellery Designs. However if you are dissatisified with an item, we are always happy to help with an exchange or refund. Please inform us as soon as possible, and return the item to ourselves within 7 days from receipt of the order. The item must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
